Purchasing
All products are previewed through EFD's instagram, then posted onto the store for purchase. For details about product releases, head on over to our instagram! There is no current household / item limit per release, so feel free to purchase to your heart's content.

Buying with the intent to use as trade fodder will result in an immediate ban from all future purchases, and a block from the Earthfluent instagram page. If the item has not yet been shipped to you, you will be refunded for the item and the item relisted for others to purchase. Attempting to trade the item before it arrives to you will also result in the same fate.

Reselling Items
If you choose to resell your products made by EFD, it must be AT or BELOW retail price. This excludes shipping and possible customs fees. Adding "fees" from resell sites such as, but not limited to, Depop, Mercari, ebay, or including fees from paypal into the resell price is also considered upselling. Items found being attempted or successfully sold secondhand above retail will result in an automatic ban and a block from the EFD instagram page.
Purchasing; Surprise Me Slots and Customs
Surprise me slots are released via C2C on my instagram. Upon successful claiming, I will send you a direct message (DM) over instagram to discuss your slot. Unless otherwise stated during DMs, the slot is to be paid for in full once your idea is confirmed as a specific slot on the website within 3 hours. Failure to pay within the three hours results in your slot being forfeited and available for others to purchase.

Customs are now available through google form submissions, and C2C posts on instagram. Full payment is due within 24 hours of email confirmation by google forms, or within 3 hours of confirming your custom idea through instagram DMs. Failure to pay for your slot will result in your slot being forfeited, and blocked from all future EFD sales.
Cancelation and Refunds
Once payment is complete, the sale is final. I do not offer refunds on premade items, nor surprise me slots. All major flaws / inconsitancies will be listed in the product descriptions. Please note that these are handmade items, and sometimes have small cosmetic flaws in designs.
